Associate

As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to help our clients solve some of their most daunting marketing challenges. Throughout your TopRight career you will gain broad exposure to a variety of different industries and functional areas, which could include, but are not limited to retail, consumer products, life sciences, financial services, and hospitality on issues such as marketing strategy, growth generation, sales effectiveness, organizational design, marketing operations and return on marketing investment.

Associates at TopRight take an active role in all aspects of an engagement including leading some of the critical work streams under the direction of a TopRight Principal or Partner. There will be no shortage of opportunities for Associates to excel as they will be asked to get involved with a variety of work activities such as: conducting brainstorming sessions, forming strategic hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews, performing rigorous analysis, designing and conducting market research, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, developing and delivering presentations, facilitating multi-functional teams and serving as a positive change agent. As they refine and evolve their skills and confidence, they will be asked to take on more complex challenges under the expert guidance of their TopRight colleagues.

Typically, our engagements usually last between 6 to 12 weeks. As an Associate, you will most likely be assigned to one engagement at a time, but may work on more depending on the needs and requirements of our clients.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have attained an MBA
  • Have 4+ years of business experience with some marketing line and/or consulting work
  • Have a strong commitment to excellence, and personal and professional growth
  • Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for analytics
  • Have a strong record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
